Microgage 2D Standard Alignment Kit

The Microgage 2D is Pinpoint’s newest 2 dimensional measuring and alignment tool for machinery, installations, calibration, and other demanding industrial applications. The 2D will simultaneously monitor up to 4 receivers, and includes added features and instructions to guide you on alignment projects. There are several laser transmitters and receivers available to meet your particular needs.

Microgage 2D Universal Alignment Kit

This alignment and measuring kit includes the Standard Microgage 2D System, the Leveler Rotational Mount, and the 90-Line Right Angle expanding the alignment capabilities for measuring straightness, flatness, squareness, parallelism, and much more. A sturdy tripod, magnetic mounts, and the computer interface and Pinpoint capture software further expand the capabilities of this kit. Components fit into a rugged carrying case. The Laser Transmitter is available in a cylindrical housing and receiver modifications and custom mount are available as well. Microgage 2000 receivers can also be used with the Microgage 2D system.

Microgage 2D Universal Linear Alignment Kit

This kit is very similar to the Universal Alignment Kit except that the 4-Axis Precision Mount has been added in place of the Leveler Rotational Mount. This Universal Linear Alignment Kit is ideal for checking straightness, squareness/perpendicularity, parallelism, bore alignment, and other alignment parameters over long machinery runs. Microgage Roll Alignment Kit

The Microgage Roll Alignment kit is an ideal took for making quick, precise measurements of roll position and orientation on production lines of all sizes. Measurements can be made of both vertical and horizontal roll alignment and the Microgage Laser’s accuracy of 0.001 inch is ideal for roll replacement, preventative maintenance checks and all alignment activities. Measurements can be easily made on machines with rolls and idlers high overhear as well as on long lines that incorporate many stations.

Microshim Adjustment Kit

The Microshim is a precision, machinery pad for adjusting height and leveling large and heavy production equipment. Height adjustments as small as 0.001 inch are made by an adjustment screw on the end. The Microshim delivers a working range of 0.50 inch with a load-carrying capacity of 10,000 pounds. This product is ideal for aligning machine tools, leveling surface plates, adjusting long production equipment, supporting heavy machinery, and much more.
