New 90-Line Square Plane

The New 90-Line Square Plane is ideal for checking squareness and parallelism on production machinery & equipment.  Ideal applications include; roll and web alignment, adjusting machine tools, checking press breaks and shears, and other applications.  The square plane includes the 90-Line Right Angle and Precsion 2-Axis Adjustment Mount.  This is an ideal product for checking squareness or parallelism in a 3 dimensional envelope.

Microgage Cylindrical Alignment Laser

Pinpoint is now delivering this new cylindrical alignment laser to customers for use with the Laser Microgage. This newest laser can be mounted into a collet, chuck or spindle and projects a laser reference beam that is precisely aligned with the cylindrical mount on the back end. Mounts of 1 inch, 0.5 inch, 1 centimeter, 2¼ inches, and other precision sizes are available. The laser is completely self-contained and runs off of 4 AAA batteries. New Laser Microgage Spindle Alignment Kit

The Spindle Alignment Kit combines the precision and versatility of the Microgage 2000 with fixturing, a new round laser, a computer interface and software for diagnosing and aligning spindles, chucks, tool holders, tailstocks and other machinery systems. Microgage Complete Alignment Kit

Pinpoint is introducing a new Microgage Complete Alignment Kit to enable maintenance personnel and production teams to check and align their manufacturing equipment for improved operation and efficiency. Quick and precise measurements of machinery straightness, parallelism, surface flatness squareness, bore and shaft alignment and other applications are now possible with this versatile kit. The Microgage laser and digital receiver are easy and intuitive to use allowing you to quickly check your production machinery while reducing dependence on expensive outside alignment services. This new alignment kit is compact, precise and affordable so that manufacturers can keep their lines running at peak performance, and minimize costly down times.

The Microgage Complete Alignment kits includes a laser transmitter and a digital receiver connected to a hand-held display. Readings appear on a large LCD display and alignment units are presented in 0.001 or 0.0001 inch increments or in millimeters. A rotating base is included, for setting and checking flat planes such as machine beds, roller assemblies, sliding mechanical stages, and other planer equipment. A precise 90-degree beam bender is also included for squaring machinery, checking the vertical axis of machine tools, monitoring parallelism of rails, tracks and rollers, and much more. The kit also includes a heavy duty tripod for supporting the laser and several mounting fixtures for greater versatility on the plant floor. An interface cable connects the Microgage to a laptop or PC so that the operator can store readings and generate printouts. The entire Microgage kit fits into a compact, carrying case for easy storage and transport.
