Microgage 2000 Universal Alignment Kit
The Universal Alignment Kit expands the options for the Standard Kit by adding the Leveler Rotational Mount, 90-Line and other accessories for measuring straightness, flatness, parallelism, squareness, as well as other geometric alignment tasks. In addition, this kit also includes the DCU-200 computer interface and software, a sturdy mounting tripod, and other mounting accessories.

Microgage 2000 Universal Linear Alignment Kit
This kit is very similar to the Universal Alignment Kit except that the 4-Axis Precision Mount has been added in place of the Leveler Rotational Mount. This Universal Linear Alignment kit is ideal for checking straightness, squareness/perpendicularity, parallelism, bore alignment, and other alignment parameters over long machinery runs. As with the Universal
Alignment Kit, this kit also includes the DCU-200 computer interface, a sturdy Precision Tripod Mount, and other mounting accessories.

Laser transmitter and receiver housings can be altered in this kit to accommodate different application needs as well. Additional components and fixtures are available for this kit if needed.
Microshim Adjustment Kit
The Microshim is a precision, machinery pad for adjusting height and leveling large and heavy production equipment. Height adjustments as small as 0.001 inch are made by an adjustment screw on the end. The Microshim delivers a working range of 0.50 inch with a load-carrying capacity of 10,000 pounds. This product is ideal for aligning machine tools, leveling surface plates, adjusting long production equipment, supporting heavy machinery, and much more. This kit includes four Microshim pads and adding a bonding agent freezes the pads in a permanent height position.
