Leveler - For Flat Planes

This is a precision laser alignment leveling mount to support the laser for measuring and setting flat reference planes. The laser and mount are aligned by several fine adjustment knobs and can be rotated to any position for defining a flat plane. The Leveler can be attached to a tripod, mounted with fixtures, or simply clamped to a surface. A micrometer brake adjustment is included to lock the Leveler and make small angular adjustments. 4-Axis Precision Mount

This adjustment mount supports the Microgage 2000 or other Laser Transmitter and allows precise beam control in the two linear axes: Left-right and up-down. 90-Line Right Angle

90-Line Right Angle

The 90-Line is placed into the laser path and forms a precise right angle laser alignment beam that is ideal for squaring machinery, checking parallelism and other tasks. A precision adjustment allows for tight rotational control and locking.The 90-Line is ideal for working in a 2 dimensional area, the 90-Line Square Plane is best for 3 dimensional projects. 90-Line Square Plane

90-Line Right Angle

The 90-Line Square Plane is an enhanced version of the 90-line for more demanding applications.  The square plan includes the 90-Line, an adjustment mount for positioning the 90-Line and a Microgage 2000 disk receiver for centering the laser beam..  The square plane is best used for projects where the 90 degree beam will be turned through a full plane. Laser Alignment Computer Interface Option

Computer Interface Option

The DCU 2D links the Laser Microgage 2000 to your PC or laptop, greatly expanding the capabilities for precision measuring and recording data. The DCU 2D consists of a USB and a serial RS232C interface and Pinpoint Capture software for operating in a Windows environment. 2D Transparent Receiver

Microgage Receivers

The Microgage 2D transparent receiver provides a precise x and y measurement when placed into the laser alignment beam path. The laser reference beam passes cleanly through this receiver so that the multiple receivers can measure off the same laser beam, at the same time. Each receiver provides a measurement, senstivie to 0.0005 inch and can be used over runs as long as 100 feet.

Laser Alignment Angle Measuring Prism

Angle Measuring Prism

Precise angular measurements and slope changes are measured with this prism. Angular readings as small as 0.0006 degrees or 2 arc-seconds are easily made with this prism. The housing has mounting points for attachment to various fixtures. The C-clamp mount is ideal for attaching Microgage 2000, 2D, or 4D receivers and 90-Lines to machinery and equipment. The clamp will open to 2.25 inches and the support bar will move through a range of 5½ inches. An optional adjustable mount on top of the bar allows for additional mounts. Receiver Bore Plug Mount

Receiver Bore Plug Mount

For bore laser alignment spindle adjustments and related applications this mount is a precise and convenient means of positioning the receiver relative to a cylindrical cavity or bore. The mount will support the receiver for a laser beam passing through the mounting bore and, if the receiver is flipped around (as shown), the mount will support the receiver in front of a bore tube. Bore Mount

The PinPoint bore mount is a versatile expanding mount that positions the Microgage 2000, 2D, or 4D receiver in the center of a bore tube, flange or circular opening. The Bore Mount can accomodate diameters from 2" to 18" (60mm to 400mm) with options for longer bores as needed. The mount can secure on the inner wall of the Bore or on the outer diamter.

Leveler - For Flat Planes

The Microgage 2000 Vertical Roll Adjuster provides a precise digital readout of a roll's vertical orientation. The Roll Adjuster is easy to set up and simply placed onto the top of a master roller, drive shaft, or idler, and is held in place by a pair of V-legs or adaptable mounts. A fine adjustment screw is turned until the precision bubble level is centered in its glass vial. The digital micrometer is zeroed by pressing a small button to capture the digital position of this first roll or shaft. The Roll Adjuster is then moved to the top of the next available roller and the fine adjustment screw turned until the bubble level is again centered. The vertical alignment of this second roller, relative to the first, is shown digitally, either in inches or millimeters, allowing for better adjustment or selection of new shims. The Roll Adjuster is moved to successive rolls for additional laser alignment measurements and adjustments through the length of the machine.

The Roll Adjuster is machined from solid aluminum with stainless steel parts and interchangeable mounting feet for added laser alignment versatility. A storage case is included.

Microshim Adjustment Kit

Microshim Adjustment Kit

The Microshim is a precision, machinery pad for adjusting height and leveling large and heavy production equipment. Height adjustments as small as 0.001 inch are made by an adjustment screw on the end. The Microshim delivers a working range of 0.50 inch with a load-carrying capacity of 10,000 pounds. This product is ideal for aligning machine tools, leveling surface plates, adjusting long production equipment, supporting heavy machinery, and much more. The kit includes four Microshim pads and adding a bonding agent freezes the pads in a permanent height position.
