PLS-100 Laser Line Guide
Pinpoint’s Laser Microgage line offers unparalleled precision and alignment capability however, in many instances, a good quality laser beam with a clean, precise laser beam or a line or crosshairs is all that is required for rough alignment. For these projects, Pinpoint has two products available; the PLS-100 Alignment Laser and the Pro-Line 100. Both produce a crisp, clear laser beam for precise visual alignments.

Pinpoint Laser Systems now offers an alignment laser for visual projects in industrial facilities. This industrial alignment laser is ideal for checking clearances, verifying straightness, positioning frames, aligning moving carriages, and can be used as a light guide on assembly equipment.
The PLS-100 alignment laser is built with a durable, machined aluminum housing for holding precision optical elements that focus the laser beam. The exiting laser is parallel to the walls of the housing and forms a bright red bulls-eye pattern, so that as the laser beam expands over long runs, you still have this convenient bulls-eye pattern for locating the centerline of the laser beam. Other beam patterns, for example lines, crosses and structural shapes are available as well.

Pro-Line 100
The Pinpoint Pro-Line 100 Laser combines the features of a transit, an infinitely long straightedge, and a laser alignment system all in one compact, portable, versatile design. Precision laser alignment for production, maintenance and plant engineering project, both large and small, has never been so easy.
This compact laser is enclosed within a precision machined housing insuring that the laser reference beam is parallel to the side and base surfaces within 0.003 degree or 0.030 inch at 50 feet. This precision is well suited for setting straight machinery runs, aligning production equipment, transferring mechanical points, locating shafts and bearing mounts, aligning belts and pulleys, and countless other industrial tasks.
The Pro-Line produces a crisp, collimated laser reference beam that forms a bulls-eye patters for easy visual alignment, centering and precise measuring. A finely ruled target and magnetic base are easily moved around for checking alignments allow one person to perform the work of several. A growing line of versatile targets, mounts, and attachments, expands the versatility of the Pro-Line for any task, however specialized.
