Microshim Adjustment Kit
The Microshim is a precision, machinery pad for adjusting height and leveling large and heavy production equipment. An adjustment screw allows for height adjustments as small as 0.001 inch. The Microshim delivers a working range of 0.50 inch with a load-carrying capacity of 10,000 pounds. This product is perfect for aligning machine tools, leveling surface plates, adjusting long production equipment, supporting heavy machinery, and much more. (Click on photo for larger view.)

These Microshim pads eliminate the need for jack bolts, spacer blocks, and thin metal shim sets. Adding a bonding agent to the interior surfaces will permanently secure the shim into a fixed position. Applying heat >300°F will free a bonded Microshim for reuse if a bonding agent has been used. A set includes four adjustable shims and an instruction manual.
