Since 1992, Pinpoint has been manufacturing a broad line of easy-to-use products that incorporate lasers, optics, electronics, and solidly built mechanical features. Manufacturing customers in many industries as diverse as semiconductor equipment to pet food, use these products which deliver measuring resolution of 0.0001 inch and work over distances of 200 feet, for both routine and complex measuring and alignment tasks.
Pinpoint’s measuring equipment is actively used in aerospace, power generation, machine shops, paper and textile mills, shipbuilding, plastic and film production as well as electronic assembly, to name a few. Pinpoint has worked closely over the years with many manufacturers to develop and offer custom alignment solutions for robotic applications, medical scanning devices, aircraft assembly, electronic part fabrication and numerous other applications.
Pinpoint’s new headquarters and state of the art, energy efficient manufacturing facility is located in Peabody, Massachusetts. This new facility enables future development and growth, critical to the alignment industry. The company’s dedicated staff provides a wealth of experience in system design, manufacturing, product testing and system support. In addition, the company maintains close ties to many local companies and resources in the technology-rich Route 128 and I-495 eastern Massachusetts region.
